The Journey on the Avenue is a place where Care Team volunteers provide a loving, welcoming and fun environment for care partners with mild to moderate memory loss who do not require skilled care. If you or someone you know is caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or related dementia, we know that it is sometimes difficult for the caregiver to do everyday things or have free time. If you could benefit from some time of recreation, consider The Journey on the Avenue, available on the second Thursday of every month from 10:00am - 1:00pm.
