Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church has partnered with Commissioner Rodney Ellis to bring Clinical Health Services to our community, offering a range of essential screenings, exams, and preventive care for individuals and families. No appointment is needed, and patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. The office is closed from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Please bring any form of identification; all types are accepted. An eligibility screening is required before services are provided.
