The Seasoned Saints are adults (65+) who love the Lord, seeking to continue to actively contribute to the healthy development of their lifestyle through ministry, growing in grace while they advance in their golden years. Seasoned Saints help the ministry of Wheeler Avenue through a variety of volunteer opportunities. They are highly valued and honored members of our church family.

Alzheimer's Support
The purpose of the Alzheimer's Ministry is to provide a forum for primary caregivers and family members who support loved ones with Alzheimer's and dementia-related illnesses.
Cade Circle
It is the purpose of Cade Circle to serve as a beam of Christian light in the lives of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church members, and others, who reside in convalescent home care. An additional commitment for Cade Circle is to make a positive difference in the lives of those with health concerns. This ministry meets on the third Tuesday of each month.

Ruth Circle
The purpose of the Ruth Circle is to extend the ministry of our Lord to the least of these through providing school supplies to students of selected schools, and through providing basic needs (such as food and clothing) to economically disadvantaged families.

Journey on The Avenue
The Journey on the Avenue is a place where Care Team volunteers provide a loving, welcoming and fun environment for care partners with mild to moderate memory loss who do not require skilled care.

Evangelism Ministry
Avenue of HOPE
The WABC Evangelism Ministry Avenue of HOPE. Our purpose is to know God and to make Him known by trusting, obeying, and sharing the redeeming love of His Son Jesus Christ. We strive to win souls and make disciples by carrying the Gospel 'Good News' in obedience to the Great Commission; 'Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...' Matthew 28:19-20.
